Todd McFarlane's directorial debut movie Spawn has been in trouble since the minute it was announced because, well, he's trying to make a Spawn movie.
It's nice of McFarlane to mention that this record was made on the backs of other people because he hasn't always been writer or artist on the creator-owned title, paying other creators to work on it.
At this year's Fan Expo Canada, Todd McFarlane revealed that there are two animated series centering around Spawn in the works.
September will see the release of Spawn #301, which if we're to believe the cover text, history will be made.
