Disney Gives News & Updates On Upcoming ‘Star Wars’ And ‘Marvel’ Projects

Disney held their Disney Investor Day 2020 meeting today, which was livestreamed to the public. The presentation covered the breadth of Disney TV and movie content, with a large emphasis on the streaming content on Disney+. The presentation itself was multi-houred so we’ll focus on the genre offerings shown, namely the stuff from the Star Wars and Marvel presentations.

In the early portion of the presentation, it was hinted that there would be a lot of content from those properties:

The Lucasfilm portion began with announcements of new series tied to the current live-action Star Wars series on Disney+, The Mandalorian.
