Disney•Pixar Introduces Its Next “Summer” Film: ‘Luca’

If the world hadn’t been hit by a pandemic, Pixar‘s newest film, Soul, would have hit theaters this Summer in june. Well, we all know what happened, and if we’re lucky, we’ll be watching the jazz-infused Soul in theaters come November 20. Luca will be directed by Enrico Casarosa and has the following official synopsis:

Set in a beautiful seaside town on the Italian Riviera, Disney and Pixar’s original feature film “Luca” is a coming-of-age story about one young boy experiencing an unforgettable summer filled with gelato, pasta and endless scooter rides. Luca shares these adventures with his newfound best friend, but all the fun is threatened by a deeply-held secret: he is a sea monster from another world just below the water’s surface.
