‘Spider-Man’ Screws Up The Marvel Cinematic Universe Timeline Again

Spider-Man: Threat or Menace? When he was first announced to be joining the Marvel Cinematic Universe, it caused a change-up in the scheduling of the then planned-lineup. Well, he’s at it again. It seems that even though Marvel recently shuffled around its movie schedule due to the current global pandemic, they and Sony reportedly worked out a new schedule.

The sequel to the sequel of Spider-Man: Homecoming is now taking the slot that Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness was pushed to: November 5, 2021.

That pushes the ‘ol Doc to March 25, 2022.

Oddly though, Thor: Love and Thunder is moving a little closer, from its recent adjusted date of February 18, 2022 to a week earlier, we presume February 11, 2022. You can now go see the appropriately named film on Valentines Day.

Finally, the Spider-Man: Into the Spider-Verse sequel will be pushed back to October 7, 2022.

This will probably change again. Damn you, Parker!
