Hollywood is setting their aim on yet another manga/anime property: One-Punch Man. One-Punch Man tells the story of Saitama, who trained himself to be able to defeat anyone with a single punch. Unfortunately, being so powerful has made things boring for him, so he seeks a worthy challenge. One-Punch Man started out as a webcomic by the creator ONE, and was later made into a manga drawn by Yusuke Murata and an anime series.
Now, Sony is unleashing their Venom movie writers Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner on to challenge One-Punch Man. Will the pair be able to crack Saitama and produce something that some folks like like Alita: Battle Angel or will it be another Ghost in the Shell? Time will tell we guess. In the meantime, the West is raring to
ruin adapt many other manga/anime properties including Cowboy Bebop, Robotech, and Attack on Titan…
