Comichron has released its compiled sales information for comic sales in February 2020 and sales are up, compared to the previous year.
Month over month saw a steep drop in both comic books and graphic novels, while year over year sales were up.
Marvel saw growth in the top spot nearly 2% in dollar sales over January.
The relaunced Wolverine #1 gave Marvel the top spot for comics by units and the company took eight spots overall. DC took the other two spots. To purchase all ten comics it would cost $48.90, the same amount as last month. Consistency.
With its $7.99 price tag, Wolverine #1 gave Marvel the top spot for comic books by dollars and the company took the top seven spots. DC took the last three. To purchase all ten comics, it would cost $57.90, a rise from last month’s $53.90.
For graphic novels by units, DC took the top spot and two spots overall. Marvel took six spots with Star Wars titles and Image and Viz each took one.

Overall numbers of titles shipped were down nearly 100 titles across the board. Except DC released two more titles than January.
