Sony Postpones He-Man Movie; Knowing It Cannot Match 1987's Perfection!

Truly, the power is not with the Sony remake of the classic 80s toyline/cartoon He-Man and the Masters of the Universe. Deadline is reporting that the film, which was to release in March 2021 has been pulled entirely from the company’s release date. Instead, Uncharted starring Tom Holland will be coming out March 5, 2021.

The movie has gone thru so many directors and writers its hard to keep count who is even on the project anymore. What one can keep count of is the fact that the cinematic perfection that is the 1987 film based on the property is still unmatched. No doubt, in part due to actor Frank Langella and Dolph Lundgren‘s performances as Skeletor and He-Man in the film:

Yes, that’s my one per mentioning the 1987 film whenever mentioning the Sony movie. Mattel the company that owns the property, won’t be sweating at the loss, given already know TWO animated cartoons will be coming to Netflix. That and a new revamped toyline. Hopefully, this truly is the end of Sony’s attempt of relaunching the property– OR WILL IT COME BACK?! We shall see.
