What Season ‘The Mandalorian’ Season 2 Will Arrive In Revealed

The first season of the first live-action Star Wars series The Mandalorian came to an end today with the release of the show’s eighth episode on Disney+. The show was already confirmed to have a second season before the first even aired, but now we have an idea of when we can expect more Mando.

The Mandalorian showrunner posted a tweet today (including an almost naked Gamorean?) giving us the season of when the second season will begin. Fans of the show might want to bite down, as there will be a wait…

Yes, we’ll have to wait until the Fall of 2020 for more of The Mandalorian. No live-action Star Wars series (eg. the Cassian Andor series, or the Obi-Wan Kenobi series) have been confirmed to debut before then so the wait might seem a bit longer. However, in February 2020, season 7 of the animated Star Wars: The Clone Wars starts, you know a certain “culture” of people will appear in that series (see the ending of the Clone Wars season 7 teaser trailer) so maybe it won’t be so bad…

The Mandalorian season 1 launched with the Disney+ streaming service on November 12.
