Ghostbusters 2020 Now ‘Ghostbusters: Afterlife’, Teaser Poster & Details

The Ghostbusters franchise surprised fans early this year with the announcement that a sequel to the original movies was being worked on to be released in 2020. Up until recently the movie was known as Ghostbusters 2020, but today an official title has been confirmed: Ghostbusters: Afterlife. Along with the new title comes a few photos from the movie:

The official synopsis for the film is pretty barebones:

when a single mom and her two kids arrive in a small town, they begin to discover their connection to the original Ghostbusters and the secret legacy their grandfather left behind.

A new trailer should be coming this Monday. Ghostbusters: Afterlife should be speeding towards theaters July 10, 2020.
