Brandon Routh And Courtney Ford To Exit CW’s DC’s Legends Of Tomorrow In Fifth Season

Brandon Routh, who plays Ray Palmer/Atom, and Courtney Ford, who portrays Nora Darhk, are both set to exit The CW’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow during the upcoming fifth season. The two actors’ exit was a creative decision by the show’s producers to wrap up their storyline.

Routh started in the first season of the show, while Ford joined in the third as a recurring actor before being bumped to regular for season four.

It’s unclear which episode will be the pair’s last, but they’re set to film their last episode in October.

The fifth season of The CW’s DC’s Legends of Tomorrow is set to release in January. Stars include Caity Lotz as Sara Lance/White Canary, Dominic Purcell as Mick Rory/Heat Wave, Maisie Richardson-Sellers as Amaya Jiwe/Vixen and Charlie, Nick Zano as Nate Heywood/Steel, Tala Ashe as Zari Tomaz, and Olivia Swann as Astra Logue.
