The 2019 Harvey Awards Nominees Announced

The 2019 Harvey Award nominees were announced this week. The six categories are to be voted on by professionals from August 14 to September 10, 2019, with the winner announced October 4.

We’re still waiting for the lifetime achievement award in investigative journalism for exposing suspicious voter activity in 2016, as well.

Details for the annual gala celebrating the Harvey Awards were also announced today. ReedPOP and New York Comic Con will host the Harvey Awards on Friday, October 4, at an invitation-only ceremony at Hudson Mercantile at 8:30 p.m. to present this year’s awards and honor the legacy of legendary creator Harvey Kurtzman.
