‘Wonder Woman 1984’ Skipping SDCC 2019, But Shows Off Colorful Poster

It looks like the Wonder Woman sequel, Wonder Woman 1984 (aka. WW84), will not have a presentation at San Diego Comic-Con this year. According to director Patty Jenkins, the movie will be skipping the popular venue, opting to reveal more about the movie in December. The director revealed this in a tweet, showing a new image of Gal Gadot as Wonder Woman. We’ve already seen a shot of Wonder Woman from the sequel, but this time it looks like she will have a new set of armor to show off too:

It’s not only Wonder Woman it seems, it doesn’t look like any of the cinematic superhero fare from DC will be appearing at Hall H during SDCC. So it looks like we’ll have to wait ’til December to find out more about WW84. The movie itself will travel to theaters June 5, 2020.
