SyFy will not renew Happy! for a third season or Deadly Class for a second season. Both shows are currently being shopped to other networks.
Happy!, based on the comic by Grant Morrison and Darick Robertson, follows a corrupt, intoxicated, ex-cop turned hit man who is adrift in a twilight world of casual murder, soulless sex, and betrayal. After a hit goes wrong, Nick finds a bullet in his side, the cops and the mob on his tail, and a monstrous killer on the loose. But his world is about to be changed forever by a tiny, imaginary, blue-winged horse with a relentlessly positive attitude named Happy. The series stars Christopher Meloni, Patton Oswalt, Patrick Fischler, Ritchie Coster, Lili Mirojnick, Medina Senghore, Christopher Fitzgerald, and Bryce Lorenzo.
Deadly Class, based on the comic by Rick Remender and Wes Craig, follows a homeless, disillusioned teen named Marcus is recruited into Kings Dominion, a secret academy for the Deadly Arts, where he struggles to find his place among a community of the deadliest characters in the world, literally fighting every day for survival. The series stars Benedict Wong, Benjamin Wadsworth, Lana Condor, María Gabriela de Faría, Luke Tennie, Liam James, and Michel Duval.
