Stan Lee’s former manager Keya Morgan has been charged with five counts of elder abuse, according to a Los Angeles court official. The charges include false imprisonment, fraud, and forgery.
Morgan became involved with Lee in 2017 and was served with a restraining order last year by Lee’s family. In court documents from last year, Morgan was accused of seizing control of Lee’s Hollywood Hills home and hiring security guards in order to keep away relatives and associates away from him.
Lee died November 12, 2018 at the age of 95.
