Dark Horse Comics’ latest breakout series Black Hammer has been pumping out mini-series after mini-series since the first issue’s release in July 2016. There’s the main series, Sherlock Frankenstein and the Legion of Evil, Doctor Star and the Kingdom of Lost Tomorrows, Black Hammer: Age of Doom, The Quantum Age, Black Hammer ’45, and the upcoming Black Hammer / Justice League: Hammer of Justice!.

In an attempt to provide answers about the series, Dark Horse is set to release an encyclopedia for Black Hammer. Co-creator Jeff Lemire has partnered with Tate Brombal and artists David Rubín, Wilfredo Torres, Tyler Crook, and Christian Ward to complete the encyclopedia.

This special one-shot offers a guide to the world of Black Hammer, presenting detailed biographies of Black Hammer’s heroes, villains, and supporting characters.

The World of Black Hammer Encyclopedia! is set to release July 3.
